Incline Bench

  • 20 degree incline
  • 45 lbs x 5, 95 x 5, 135 x 5, 165 x 3
  • 185 x 3
  • 190 x 3
  • 200 x 3 (3RM established)

My first attempt at the incline bench.  It felt strange and the weight felt heavy.  I didn’t think I was going to get much beyond 185 but it actually got a little easier as I got more used to it.

Circuit

  • 5 rounds of:
    • 5 x T-bar row @ 120 lbs (bar+plates)
    • 5 x ring rows (feet on floor)
    • 5L/5R x KB snatch @ 16kg

Intervals

  • 200m dash x 4 (1:00r)
