Incline Bench
- 20 degree incline
- 45 lbs x 5, 95 x 5, 135 x 5, 165 x 3
- 185 x 3
- 190 x 3
- 200 x 3 (3RM established)
My first attempt at the incline bench. It felt strange and the weight felt heavy. I didn’t think I was going to get much beyond 185 but it actually got a little easier as I got more used to it.
Circuit
- 5 rounds of:
- 5 x T-bar row @ 120 lbs (bar+plates)
- 5 x ring rows (feet on floor)
- 5L/5R x KB snatch @ 16kg
Intervals
- 200m dash x 4 (1:00r)
