Press
- Warmup: 45 lbs x 5, 75 x 5, 85 x 5, 95 x 3, 105 x 2, 115 x 1
- Rest Pause: 125 x 7+3+2 = 12
Backed off the weight a bit to get some better performance out of rest pause. Only getting 7 reps at 125 was a little disappointing but it was nice to hit in the target 11-15 rep range.
Circuit
- 4 rounds of:
- 8 x pushup
- 8 x muscle snatch @ 65 lb
- Total time: 4:43
Went super light and easy on this one because of time constraints and generally not feeling 100%.
Intervals
- Snow shoveling
Skipped out on the regularly scheduled interval work in order to shovel the snow off the driveway and sidewalk. I think that counts as a good conditioning workout.
