Fitness Log 2013-12-13: Bench, etc.

Incline Bench

  • 45 lbs x 5, 95 x 5, 135 x 5
  • 165 x 5, 5, 5 (5RM established)
  • 185 x 1
  • 205 x 1
  • 215 x 1 (1RM established)

I just wanted to establish some numbers for incline.  It seems like my incline numbers are far behind my flat numbers at this point.  That just means there’s some good room for improvement!

Intervals

  • 4 x :30/:30r KB Swings
  • 32 kg: 20, 20, 16, 14 = 70

This was a nice little bump up in numbers from earlier this week.
