This just didn’t go well at all. Felt crazy heavy.
I cut this workout short because I was obviously not capable of producing any serious effort. I blame systematic fatigue. This program has a lot of intensity plus volume plus cardio and I think I just have worn myself down from this.
I also took it easy yesterday with the bodyweight exercises and didn’t do enough to feel worthy of logging.
