Plan Change

I’ve been doing the LCI (Lift/Circuit/Interval) Method for the last four weeks exactly as written.  I’ve decided that the lift portion wasn’t working great for me so I am going to do my own thing for the lift — stuff that I know works for me.  Otherwise, I will keep with circuit/interval components after the main lift.

Press

  • Warmup: 55 lbs x 5, 70 x 5, 85 x 3, 100 x 2, 115 x 1
  • 130 x 5, 5, 9

Circuit

  • 5 rounds of:
    • 5 x clean & press @ 95
    • 5 x renegade row @ 10
  • Total time: 5:39

Intervals

  • Rowing
  • 500m / 1:00r
  1. 1:56.3 (26 s/m)
  2. 1:57.0 (28)
  3. 2:00.5 (27)
  4. 2:00.3 (26)

Ave: 1:58.5 (26) – 7:54.2/2000m
