Squat

Not a bad showing.

Circuit

  • 5 round of:
    • 5 x front squat @ 95 lbs
    • 5 x push press @ 95 lbs
    • 5 x bent over row @ 95 lbs
  • Time: 5:02

Interval

  • KB swings
  • :30/:30r x 5
  • 32 kg: 20, 19, 12, 10, 10 = 71

A bit of a step back from last week but no biggie.  Grip was fried.  I think the bent over rows from the circuit might have had something to do with that.
