Fitness Log 2013-12-23: Incline Bench, etc.

Incline Bench

  • Warmup: 45 lbs x 5, 95 x 5, 135 x 5, 155 x 3
  • 175 x 5, 5, 9 (established 9RM)

Making some good, aggressive progress with the incline bench.  Not sure how I feel about it so far.  It feels weird.

Circuit

  • 6 rounds of:
    • 5 x power snatch @ 95 lbs
    • 5 x gladiator pushup @ 20 lbs
  • Total time: 9:57

Intervals

  • Tabata Kettlebell Clean & Press
  • 16 kg – alternating hands per round
  • 6 R, 6 L, 6 R, 6 L, 7 R, 7 L, 7 R, 7 L = 26 R + 26 L = 52 total

7 per set seems to be about the max.  Need to add some more weight to this as this was a little on the easy side.
