- 45 lbs x 5, 135 x 5, 170 x 5, 205 x 3
- 235 x 3
- 270 x 3
- 300 x 3
Squats are always an adventure. They’ve just been ridiculously heavy feeling lately. I was happy to get 300 x 3 though every rep of that set felt like a max single.
Circuit
- 5 rounds of:
- 5 x front squat @ 95 lb
- 5 x press @ 95 lb
- 5 x bent over row @ 95 lb
