Fitness Log 2013-12-24: Squats, etc.

Squats

  • 45 lbs x 5, 135 x 5, 170 x 5, 205 x 3
  • 235 x 3
  • 270 x 3
  • 300 x 3

Squats are always an adventure.  They’ve just been ridiculously heavy feeling lately.  I was happy to get 300 x 3 though every rep of that set felt like a max single.

Circuit

  • 5 rounds of:
    • 5 x front squat @ 95 lb
    • 5 x press @ 95 lb
    • 5 x bent over row @ 95 lb
  • Time: 4:55
